The Dance of Our Creative Life Force
Tending the flame is an invitation, in keeping with this time of Bealtaine, to come together with others to tend the flame of your life force. The intention is to strengthen your sense of who you are, your capacity and what you are saying ‘yes’ to in your life. We will explore how to cultivate this life force in a sustainable and resourced way.
We will dance to fully arrive in our bodies and build the safety of a dancing commuity. Using the maps of Movement Medicine to support growth, nurture life and feed our creative essence. There will be time in ceremony and other creative enquiry work.
This is a rare opportunity to dance with Rosie and Catherine. Together they bring many years of diverse experience in supporting people to become more of who they are. This workshop is grown from their personal and professional experience in tending and supporting the creative life force in themselves and others.
Rosie is a faculty member and mentor for the School of Movement Medicine with many years teaching experience.
